As we worked on the data conversion process, we determined which account numbers will be affected with the merger. Those affected members have received a mail communication. If you did not receive a letter from Heartland about this, your member number is staying the same.
For those whose member number is changing but have lost your letter you can contact us at 608-258-5062 with questions. You may continue to use your current SMACU checks until you run out, at which time please order new checks using your new account number. Note that CURRENT direct deposits or automatic payments that are set up on your account(s) will reroute to your new member number.
