 *Qualifying purchases completed with Heartland’s consumer Mastercard credit cards between 8/8/2024 and 9/30/2023 will earn double points on Merchant Category Codes (MCC) 5044, 5045, 5111, 5137, 5192, 5300, 5310, 5311, 5399, 5411, 5611, 5641, 5651, 5691, 5699, 4732, 5734, 5912, 5931, 5942, 5999, 7372, 7379, 7911, 8211, 8220, 8241, 8249, and 8299 as assigned to each merchant by Mastercard. Refer to your statement to view codes and determine which transactions will qualify. Business credit card purchases are not eligible for this promotion. A qualifying purchase shall mean: (i)a transaction that is charged to an eligible consumer credit card account covered by the Rewards Program, and (ii) a transaction that appears on your statement during the billing period. Points are deducted for returns. No points are earned for balance transfers, finance charges, fees, cash advances, convenience checks, ATM withdrawals, foreign transaction currency conversion charges or insurance charges. Points will be awarded by October 30, 2024. Federally insured by NCUA. 

*APY is Annual Percentage Rate. When a debit purchase is made with a Heartland debit card, the transaction is rounded up to the nearest dollar, and the increased amount is then transferred to the Round Up Savings account. For example, a $1.75 charge will result in a $0.25 transfer (if no other transactions post on the same day.) Posting amounts ending in .00, round up a full dollar. For example, a $10.00 charge will result in a $1.00 transfer (if no other transactions post on the same day.)  Round up transfers will be made for signature-based purchases, PIN based POS purchases, and online purchases/transactions. One transfer of all calculated funds will be made each day. Round up transfers will not cause the account to post a negative balance or post below available funds. Partial transfers may be allowed.  There will be no catch-up transfers. If the transfer can’t happen on Monday then Monday’s transactions never get rounded up. If there is money again on Tuesday then Tuesday’s transactions will round up. Heartland reserves the right to cancel or modify the Round Up Savings Program at any time. $500 closing cost credit available for first time home buyers. A first time home buyer is anyone who is purchasing the property, will reside in the property as a principal residence and has had no ownership interest in a residential property (sole or joint) during the three-year period preceding the date of closing. WHEDA, investment property, construction loans, second mortgages and lines of credit excluded from offer. $500 closing cost credit cannot exceed the actual amount of closing costs, prepaids and escrow reserves.
