We’re excited to introduce IDCheck by Velera (formerly Co-op Solutions), a new tool designed to enhance security and streamline identity verification for Shared Branch transactions when visiting a location with an out-of-state ID. This upgrade helps participating credit unions validate our members’ identities more effectively, reducing the risk of potential fraud.
Starting May 1, 2025, all Shared Branch users (who visit a location with an out-of-state ID) must preload their state-issued driver’s license or ID card into the IDCheck application before visiting a Shared Branch location. This ensures a smoother and more secure transaction for everyone involved.

Enter your Credit Union’s name or choose from the list (Heartland Credit Union)

Upload a photo of the front and back of your government issued ID

Take a selfie for identification verification. Your information can be stored for faster access in the future.
